In 2019 Sneaker Con hit Shanghai, China with a collaboration for the ages. Jeff Staple of Staple Design, responsible for the original Nike SB Dunk "Pigeon" and much more, joined us to to clash the Staple Design aesthetic with the Sneaker Con identity (compliments of artist "Psychrome" aka Ian Ball).

The entire building was full of color, edgy lines, and character. It embodied the spirit of the NYC origins of both of our brands with the boldness of Chinese culture in Shanghai.

The capsule included a selection of t-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, caps, socks, masks, and a very special figurine. The Sneaker Con x Staple Pigeon figure stands about 13 inches tall depicting a quirky pigeon perched on cement blocks with a Sneaker Con billboard underneath.

The pigeon is crafted in vinyl with a resin base produced by the renowned ToyQube. This collaborative piece embodies the event and released in two styles, the OG Pigeon and Sneaker Con color ways and a very limited Red-out Edition (with only 100/500 in production).
